Feb. 4-5 - Ohio Society SAR Winter 2012 meetings, Bryan, OH

Feb. 15 - GRC Chapter Dinner, George Washington's 280th Birthday - Law Enforcement Commendation Awards

Apr. 18 - GRC Chapter 89^th Anniversary Dinner - Youth Contestants, Sesquicentinnial Observance - Start of the Civil War (1861-1865) - Speaker Major Robert Anderson, U.S. Army, Fort Sumter, SC April 1861

May 5-6 - Ohio Society 123^rd Anniversary Conf., Lima, OH

May - SAR Bronze JROTC Medal presentations - Tecumseh and Springfield HS

May 20 - Greenmount Cemetery Clean-up, 1:30 P.M. (weather permitting)

May 21 - June 1 - 8th Grade Citizenship Awards - SAR members presenting awards for 22 local area schools

May 28 - Springfield Memorial Day Parade 9:00 AM

Jun. 16 - GRC Chapter Luncheon, Noon - Flag Day - SAR Fire Safety Commendation Award and EMS/EMT Awards

July 4 - Color Guard Events and Parade(s) - To Be Determined

July 7-11 - 122^th SAR National Congress, Phoenix, AZ

July 27-28 - Ohio Society SAR Summer 2012 meetings, Bolivar, OH
