Constitution Day Observance Program

JAMES G. CLIPPINGER, Tremont City resident, will tell us about the making of the CLIPPINGER RIFLE as originally manufactured here in Clark County in the 1830s. His great-great-great grandfather was a gun maker in New Carlisle and built Pennsylvania and Kentucky style flintlocks and long rifles. Come see his artifacts and guns of a bygone era in an interesting and informative program.
